Michael McCurdy was graduated from the School of the
Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and Tufts University in
Medford. He has taught at the School of the Museum of
Fine Arts, Concord Academy, and at Wellesley College's
Book Arts Program. Michael has been a wood engraver since 1962. Along with his work as an illustrator, he also designs, authors and publishes books. His engravings and drawings are found in trade books and limited editions for both adults and children. Michael's works have been awarded numerous international honors. |
