Photographer Robert Altman,
not to be confused with a well-known film director by the same name, has a long and distinguished career in photo-journalism and fashion photography, and today teaches classes in Web Mastery at the Center for Electronic Art; University of California, Berkeley.

During his stint as chief photographer with Rolling Stone Magazine, Robert created memorable portraits of some of the most remarkable rock and roll artists and personalities of our time. Many of his best works are now posted in the Classic Rock Gallery. You can visit to revisit those younger days. It's a trip.
